Made in France from 18/10 stainless steel, it features a triple-layer heat-diffusing base compatible with all types of hobs, including induction, ensuring even and controlled cooking. It offers two cooking programmes suitable for a wide variety of ingredients.

Its simple, mechanical twist-locking system provides enhanced safety without relying on electronic components. Five independent safety features ensure reliable everyday use. Easy to maintain, the Cocotte-Minute® is dishwasher-safe (pot only). Wear parts, such as the gasket, handles and valve, are easily accessible and can be removed using standard tools. Spare parts are available for 15 years at a fair price.
