With the EVO Kitchen Barbecue, cleaning is child’s play. The enamelled griddle and grill are easy to clean after each use: for the griddle, simply deglaze with clean water to dissolve the residue, which you then scrape into the drain hole using a wooden or stainless steel spatula. The painted steel structure is just as easy to maintain. Simply wipe it down with a damp sponge or microfibre cloth and soapy water, followed by a careful wipe, to preserve its shine. Finally, the removable grease trap, accessible from the front, is easy to remove for quick and convenient cleaning.
