The COMPACTSERV is a tray-based food distribution trolley with on-board technology. It reheats your hot, cold and frozen dishes. Thanks to the thermal barrier created by the central wall, the hot and cold compartments remain perfectly insulated for optimum taste results. The aim? To keep your hot and cold preparations on trays at the right temperature in the same trolley, and to provide ease of use thanks to its well thought-out ergonomics, to limit RSI.
