● Blade core made of the famous AUS 10 steel, highly carbon-rich, for hardness and long cutting life.
● Handle made of “Corian”-type material: excellent resistance to impact, stains, UV and bacteria.
On either side, 33 damascene layers of 2 other steels (420 and 431) ensure exceptional rust-resistance and aesthetics.
A range comprising: 9 cm paring knife, 11 cm table and paring knife, 13 cm mani santoku, 18 cm santoku, 23 cm carving knife, 20 and 25 cm chef’s knives.
