– Traditional spatulas with pressed wood handles and brass ferrules for the “solid spatulas” range
– Grinded stainless-steel blades: tapering blade thickness for greater flexibility
– Straight or angled blades, from 12 cm to 40 cm, adapted to each use (for precision dressing, glazing preparations, smoothing cakes, mounting points, decorating chocolate, moving parts…).
