The design of the reheating ovens was based on an in-depth user survey. 4 priority criteria guided the creation of the line: ergonomics, ease of use, hygiene, ease of cleaning and safety. Food-grade stainless steel construction. Glass wool wall and door insulation. Fully radiused GN 1/1 interior with deep-drawn runners. Space between runners: 71 mm. Reversible stainless steel door, 240° opening with compressible seal. Ovens on stand with lower shelf, Ø 45 mm stainless steel base with jacks. The 5-level oven is also available as a free-standing model. Integrated touch-sensitive control panel with remaining heating time display. On/off control, time setting by thumbwheel, half-load button, fry program. At the end of the cycle, audible alarm, then automatic switchover to hold temperature.
